Oh, what the hell. I’ll start with the self promotion. I thought I’d give you a heads up that I have been asked to participate as a tastemaker for this weekend’s One King’s Lane Tastemaker Tag Sale. If you are not familiar with them, here’s the skinny: One King’s Lane (OKL) asks select designers to collect a trove of objects that reflects their design sensibility and then sell them on the OKL website. All of the items are at least 30% less than retail (sometimes as much as 70% off) and are unique pieces. Since they are all one-of-a-kind, if you like it, you should grab it before someone else does.
