Shameless Self Promotion

I was extremely fortunate to be asked by Decorati to do one of their lovely designer profiles and have reposted it below. (Is it the cheesiest of all cheesy moves to repost an article I am in? I am rolling the dice and counting on your folks to let me know if this is trés tacky). Lemino and enjoy!

Molly Luetkemeyer’s love story with Los Angeles began while working in film…and since starting M. Design Interiors in 2001, the bright, imaginative and casually glamorous spirit of Hollywood has informed her chic, highly personalized homes for the film industry’s A-list, earning her a place on House Beautiful’s list of Top 100 Designers in America four years running. She appeared on TLC’s hit series Clean Sweep and is currently in the process of launching her own line of fabrics. You can follow Molly’s design musings on mollyloot.com. Coco + Kelley

I wanted to say a big thank you to Cassandra LaValle, the owner and creative director of the ever inspiring Coco + Kelley. She has begun a series of interviews with designers she likes called Vignettes and I am honored to be her third subject. I was interviewed by Annie Lou Berman and really enjoyed chatting with her about all things design. I have copied the article below but make sure to check out Coco + Kelley for a daily dose of design inspiration. Enjoy!

VIGETTE VOL 3. AN INTERVIEW WITH MOLLY LUETKEMEYER

Good morning lovely readers! I’m so excited to bring you the third installation of our Vignette series today! For those just joining us (welcome!) Vignette is a snapshot look at some of my very favorite designers and a piece we try to put together once a month here on coco+kelley.

Today, I’m ecstatic about bringing you a peek into the life of the very talented Molly Luetkemeyer, of m. design. On top of that endeavor, Molly recently started her own blog (MollyLoot) which has already brought me a few pieces of inspiration. Her rooms are some of my all-time favorites and her use of color and pattern is brave, bold and extraordinary. After hearing her answers to some of our questions, I think I adore her even more!
