One of the best things about vacation is getting to catch up on my mountain of interior design magazines. One of my favorites is Vogue Living Australia and I wanted to make sure you all know about it. The whole magazine has a bright, sunny aesthetic and manages to be cheerful and exuberant yet still sophisticated (all things I strive for in my own work and probably why I dig it so much). Also, it seems like everyone is having such a good time – even their party pics look like more fun than their staid, American cousins. I want to go see what’s up down unda!
Every magazine has product pages but theirs are dense and dazzling eye candy, full of great ideas and products. Check out two from their Jan/Feb issue (no judgments – I told you I was behind…)

The whole magazine makes vitality feel so natural. It’s a good reminder to us all that we can be chic and elegant and still maintain a sense of humor and joie de vivre. Virgin flies direct from LA to Sydney. I think I have found my next travel destination. Enjoy!
